  • We offer you a comprehensive 2-months’ training program, tailored to your experience level. This secures a solid foundation of our organization and its products, technologies and culture, which enhances your ability to be a productive Sales Account Manager and integrated team member within your first year on the job. 

  • You will focus on creating new sales opportunities with industrial customers in your geographical region. Your supervisor will coach you how to drive revenue, either from scratch in a new market, or further grow an existing client base. Working cross-functionally with our R&D, Operational and Support teams, gives you all you need to make Sensient the provider of choice to our customers.

  • Can show us how you are increasing commercial success in your current sales role.

  • Convince us that you can succeed in an industrial B2B environment with complex sales cycles, that require excellent product and customer service skills.

  • Possess a valid work permit for the country you are applying for, including business fluency in the local language to talk to your customers at a high level

  • Have good English skills for internal company communication within an international team.


With your consultative sales approach, the urge to create the best product solutions, and the persistence needed to be a successful Sales Account Manager, you are eligible to earn an uncapped sales incentive:
